As a Quality Analyst I, you'll leverage your knowledge in automation, frameworks, and testing principles to ensure that applications work seamlessly and meet customer expectations. You'll also collaborate with experienced engineers and product teams in a dynamic and agile environment where continuous learning is encouraged.

Job Responsibilities:

• Document test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts with accuracy.
• Design, automate, and execute regression test cases.
• Build and maintain an effective automation suite using CI/CD tools.
• Conduct API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or other REST API tools.
• Work within Agile teams and track tasks using Jira.
• Identify, analyze, and report defects and collaborate with operations teams for resolution.
• Create reports using test metrics and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Apply testing best practices like TDD (Test-Driven Development), BDD (Behavior-Driven Development), and Shift Left Testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to write and maintain automated tests.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Clear documentation and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and QA practices.
• Good communication and negotiation skills to work across technical teams.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office for reporting and presentations.
